The staff at Real Gem are very personable and friendly.  They let me take my time looking at the jewelry without hovering over me constantly asking if I'd like to see an item (like other big box stores seem to do.)  They have a good selection and I found just the right piece there that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out of the store I felt welcomed and at home. Everyone working there was so friendly and was able to answer all my question! The pricing was very good, and I felt like I was in good hands! And I only had to part with my ring for a week while they made the modifications! Not long at all! I highly recommend this jewelry store for all your jewel needs! Thank you to the amazing team!

Awesome customer service and a warm, welcoming experience. No pressure, very informative. Dwayne's industry knowledge (and more importantly, experience with people and what is important to them) is very appreciated - - we're thrilled with the ring and would  recommend Real Gem Jewelers to anyone.

We have been customer's of Real Gem for over 40 years and have purchased many treasures throughout the year's.  I recently had jewelery repaired and am able to enjoy wearing a piece of jewelery my Godmother gave me back in 4th grade.  We are always pleased with the Greetings and Service Real Gem provides!
