Five stars for my banker!

My personal banker is always willing to help me, and gets results for complicated issues every time. Get a good banker like mine, I am sure that they are not the only good ones at this branch.

They are not friendly at all, they are very rude!!! I almost want to change banks after dealing with them.

I would give them -5 if it was a option! Shane the "manager " will smile and lie to your face and Anna I believe her name is has no business in the customer experience field. I will be closing my accounts soon! Do not go to this branch unless you want to be lied to and hear a bunch of excuses! Banking at its worst

All they did was lie to me telling me I was going to receive part of my check that moment and the rest in a couple of business days. They're holding my check for 4 business days for no reason. It's extremely frustrating because I have bills to pay! Wells Fargo sucks go to Chase. If I can rate a zero I would.
