Normally pretty competent but I stopped in to have something notarized and apparently an appt is needed.  Ok well when the notary comes out to tell you that, then says come back later so she can go to lunch it's a clear sign of laziness and lack of customer service.  Karla Uribe could have taken the two minutes she used to explain to me that I needed an appt to just notarize my document instead.  Here is a clear example of why I am leaving Wells Fargo.  Poor customer service learned from supervisors who obviously work the same way.....hope you enjoyed lunch Karla, your clear lack of care for service ensures that I wont waste my time there anymore!

They won't cash my check without calling the issuer, which is a policy of their bank, so don't bank with them.  Wells Fargo also makes false accounts in your name, look it up. They are evil.  Go open an account at credit union and they won't steal your money.

They are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help however they can. I will be banking here for years if they keep doing that.
