Actually I've had really good service here; inside and out.  Very helpful bankers.  I especially like the window-tellers.  They are always clear in explanations, etc.

Poor management, representative I met to open a safe deposit locker is not fully aware of the process and after a long time wait and back and forth, things were not set right. Tough we payed the deposit box fee, we receive letters for payment due. There is always a long wait time in this branch. In the bank there is a quote displayed on wall saying " we have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: Courtesy " I do not see anyone at branch putting into practice.
