Horrible experience. It was a Sunday morning and nobody wanted to be there. (Not a presumption, actaually spoken) Front desk, unfriendly. Nurse, unfriendly bordering on rude. Doctor, in such a hurry he barely came into my room. And he was strange. Got my meds, so I am thankful but otherwise, I will not be going back. The Woodstock urgent care is wonderful and just a few miles down the road.

I've been going here for a little over 2 years and none of my experiences have been positive. To start, the 2 old ladies at the front desk have been nothing but rude and cranky every time I have interacted with them, whether it be in person or over the phone. The wait is always long no matter when you go and once you are called back, the "Doctor" spends maybe 2-3 minutes in your room before he gives you a generic diagnosis. He misdiagnosed me for the 3rd time this year, three weeks ago. He told me I had a sinus infection and prescribed the same medications as usual and I am still having all of the same symptoms 2 weeks after finishing my prescription... Save your time, money, and sanity and find yourself another doctors office to go to.

The doctor's and nurses are wonderful. The front desk staff not so friendly. I called back after being seen because I still had some of the same problems and actually getting worse. Latrina answered the phone and is extremely short and rude; seemed very put out by the phone call; actually can't believe someone like this would chose a job that has to do with caring for others. If you can get past that kind of attitude, you will love the rest of the staff. So update to this post. Do not let the billing department push you around. I have called monthly about an $8.00 balance that WellStar has yet to bill my insurance. I paid my $100 co pay and now they are saying I only paid $92.00. These people are lazy and dishonest.

I have had to come in here a few times. I've always been treated well. Last time, I thought I just had bronchitis or something. I have a terminal heart/lung condition. I almost didn't even go in. They took one look at me and called for an ambulance. They kept me calm and comfortable. I spent 10 days in ICU and acute care at Kennestone. They saved my life.

I went to this location and the doctor saw me for all of five minutes and diagnosed me with a sinus infection. When he gave me a pain med that made me particularly sick I told him I couldn't take it and asked if he could prescribe something else. He acted miffed and said he would find something else for me. I brushed it off, but it was rude. A couple days later I called back because I was not getting any better and the pain medication he gave me was not even touching the pain in my throat and ear. Cheryl answered the phone and was completely rude. She argued with my husband and I stating we would have to pay for a totally new visit if I wanted to be seen or talk to the doctor. I explained that something was wrong and I was not getting better. Instead of being sympathetic she decided to pick apart everything I said and argue with me, despite the fact I told her I had a really bad sore throat and had difficulty talking. I will never go here again. They do not care about really treating their patients. I was actually misdiagnosed and had to seek treatment elsewhere with a surgery scheduled tomorrow.
