Dr. Bob and staff are the best!  They get you in and out quickly.  You can also go back for free for a recheck within 2 weeks. And if you have insurance they will give you the form for your insurance company so you can get reimbursed.   Awesome!  Love it here!

I wasn't impressed with Dr. Carlson. I went to be seen for some dog bites (caused by trying to break up a fight between my dogs).  Dr. Carlson was in the room MAYBE 90 seconds.  I felt rushed in my explanations.  He briefly visually inspected a few of the wounds (there were more as noted in the nurse notes, but he didn't check them) and noted a couple of them could have been candidates for sutures, but it was too late.  I know from past experience that doctors do not like to sew up dog bite wounds unless absolutely necessary because the risk of infection is so high.  He also failed to examine range of motion in my hands, check for broken bones, or even talk to me about how what activities should be limited while I heal.  Essentially all Dr. Carlson did was prescribe an antibiotic and he was out of there.  I spent more time with his nurse who changed my bandages and advised me on how to do the same at home.  She was much more helpful than he, hence my two star rating.  Given my experience with Dr. Carlson, I won't be back.
