I was robbed of my $15!! Food used to be good, now I am so pissed!!  The food was cold!!  That Burger my husband had full of grease!!  I want to know how to get my $$ back!!  Service was lousy!!  😡😠😬😲We both had stomach pains and had to throw the food n the trash!!! I want my $$ Back!!

I enjoy the food, but as many have said, the service is super slow and the place unsanitary & hot. Sometimes, I have had to wait for 20 minutes just to order my food because the place is always severely understaffed. This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. I don't like how the staff operate. More often than not, there is one cashier during peak hours, and that cashier also serves food and drinks, so you have one person doing three jobs. Wendy's will always get customers, but they will score low because of the flawed ways they function. The managers don't seem concerned about improving service and customer-satisfaction. I much prefer Chickfila, which treats customers as valued people.

I enjoy Wendy's. Mist of the time the burgers are good and juicy which I like. Leaves you licking your fingers. My only problem is on several occassions this store doesn't honor the advertised deals on TV. The other is there is a line in the drive thru a lot of time.

I have never been to a slower "fast food" restaurant in my life. 5 cars in the drive thru, and it took 23 minutes!

Sometimes the service is very slow! Most of that time for no apparent reason.
