I have been ordering from her multiple times month for the last couple years. It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the pizza is truly made to perfection and sometimes the pizza will be dry, with sparse cheese/sauce. One time, I had a delivery driver deliberately short me on my change. Another time, I had a different driver go to 7-11 to personally buy me a 2-liter of Sprite with his own money because he forgot to grab mine from the restaurant. I had a manager, who was incredibly patient and polite give me a credit for a couple of pizzas after a large order had been incorrectly delivered. Then when I called in to use my credit, the guy who took my order gave me the hardest time about it and tried to discourage me from ordering. He told me there was a back log and it would take more than 2 hours for my order to arrive, but the pizza came in less than 40 mims.

When ordering online, has anyone experienced their delivery driver falsely adding a tip onto the receipt when leaving the tip line blank? I have experienced this twice with this place. This time I caught it. The driver added a $4 tip. I had to drive down there to get my money back. That driver should have been fired, but most likely he wasn't. A few months ago I ordered online and $8 was missing off my card the next day. Wasn't sure then but now I know. I'm never ordering from this place again. I should have read the reviews first. My suggestion for anyone ordering online from this place, HAVE A PERMANENT MARKER WITH YOU AND MARK A LINE ACROSS THE TIP LINE ON BOTH RECEIPTS, BECAUSE THE DRIVER WILL SNEAKILY KEEP BOTH RECEIPTS TOO! THANK GOD FOR TEXT MESSAGES SENT TO OUR PHONE AFTER EVERY PURCHASE.😉

Ordered some pizza online was looking at what toppings come on the pizza and accidentally placed my order without the coupon. Called the store fixed the miss happ. Total from $43 and some change was changed by one of the employees in the store to the coupon price of $26 and some change. Pizza makes it to my house two hours later as told to me by the store. Price of the $43 and change. Tell the driver to contact the store cause the price was changed to my coupon price. Unsure if I was even given his correct name by employee. But store manager Michael over turned my coupon deal with store employee because I couldn't remember his name. Not going to go through the whole rude details I encountered on the phone with Manager Michael on review. I'm waiting on a contact back from corporate tomorrow there closed on Sunday as we know. But nice to know they have a contact you back messager system. I'm done with eating at pizza franchises. There other places I can be lazy and not cook for the night, and still get delivery for the same damn price. If I want pizza bad enough I can make my own. And its always better than your franchise pizza. Deuces

Mike has gone above and beyond to make our pizza amazing every time. We had a problem 1 time and he went out of his way to call back and correct the problem. Today he brought us our pizza and it is cooked to perfection, hot, and prompt to deliver. You have done amazing here Mike thanks for great customer service. You have brought my business back to dominos!!!
