Good service they are always fast and friendly. I feel like the staff is competent and helpful and I've never had a problem with missing items from my orders.

The food also does not taste like it's been sitting under a warmer for hours on end the bread is usually fresh and I love the lettuce in the patties are never burnt.

A trip to Wendy's is like a trip home with the exception of actually having your mom there. The food is good, especially for the price, and the 4 for $4 is probably the best deal they've got at any fast food restaurant! Go grab yourself a Frosty and it'll help you ignore the generally subpar conditions of their bathrooms!

Pleasantly surprised on two recent visits here! First  in the drive-through, the girl taking my order was extremely pleasant & polite. And, I could actually hear & understand her through the speaker!! Service 
was fast, efficient and accurate.  
Second visit was in the restaurant & was equally great service, very clean and the food was really good! 
I had avoided going here for about a year because of a couple of bad experiences in the past. But I was so impressed with my visits this month that I'll be back.

We did the drive thru for a late dinner tonight, after a very long day. We ordered a #1 combo and a kid hamburger, add mayo. We go the food home. The single hamburger had no lettuce and was very plain. The kids burger had a tiny spot of ketchup and no mayo, with the bun stuck to the burger. This food was room temperature and not appetizing, let alone what we ordered. We have been trying this Wendy’s every mo th or 2 for 10 years and usually have a problem. I have complained one othe time, long ago. Tonight I chose to call in. I spoke with Anthony, the manager, and he wanted to debate about me having issues often. His suggestion is for us to pull over and check everything. I told him I was greatly offended that he suggested we open each item to check for accuracy. I told him the gracious thing to do was offer to replace our food, if we could run it back over. He only said sorry. I am a middle aged person and not after a free meal replacement, although I would have appreciated the offer. This is the worst service I have ever received.
