I've eaten here many times. The wait is always long. Always. Food is fine. Usually the service is fine, albeit slow. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. I know people only review for bad things, and this time I'm no exception to the rule.  I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, my order was wrong (no chicken nuggets), they gave me incorrect change (I noticed later), my drink was 90% ice, and to top it all off, no receipt. Not the best showing.

My orders have always been correct and freshly made. Staff have always been polite. If not, I wouldn't keep returning.

The dark haired manager is extremely unpleasant. She is rude to the customer and gives you attitude when you point out that something is missing on your order. That has happened numerous times. I have no idea why or how a person like that is put in a customer service position AND she is a manager. I would recommend going to the Mcdonalds or Taco Bell that is on either side. TERRIBLE SERVICE

nope, nope and hell no! First lets address the fact that the place needs cleaned BAD! IT'S SO STICKY AND DIRTY every time i have gone! clean up! then lets address the fact that they have soda machines that are supposed to offer hundreds of combos but they have no cherry. This was especially odd to me when the menu board and machine display urged me to try the cherry soda!?? Then lets talk about the staff, Does wendy's look for the worst and rudest employees for hire? I do not like walking into a place and having a rude person acting as if i am bothering them. Do not waste your time going here if you don't was to deal with rude crappy staff for food that is sloppy and not so great.

Food is good do not get me wrong. It's always the wait. The drive through is awful when it comes to quick and speedy like Dave Thomas intended it. Got two windows and they only use the one for both paying and picking up. If you come here for drive through you're looking at 15 to 20 minimum depending in the line. As said before the woman at the window apologizes but there is one car in front of me and it took her 5 minutes to get to the speaker to order from the time I got here, and I wait.......
