We came to Weston to decide whether we should buy an Arcadia or wait for the 2018 Traverse to come in. Dave Pearson came and greeted us out in the lot. We asked to test drive the Arcadia, we did and loved it. Dave was very knowledgeable about the Arcadia and answered all our questions. Showed us a lot of the features on the car. He let us know up front about the two different styles on the lot and the differences, specifically the rebate on a particular body style. He got us very close to what we wanted on our trade in. Dave was professional and easy to work with! Tim did a great job explaining the financial side of things and made the paperwork quick and easy! We love our new Arcadia! This is our third vehicle we've bought from Weston, I'm sure we'll be back!

Sales experience was good.  Friendly people in the service department.  Am disappointed in the finance department.  They missed paperwork and we did our best to help rectify in a timely fashion.  We asked for confirmation that all was good and received no response.  We followed up with a second communication and again no response.  Ten days after the sale we still do not have any copies of the paperwork.  It has been over a week since we last heard from them.

My entire family has been buying cars from Weston, specifically Brad for over 20 years now. We are always well taken care of. Never had a single complaint.

Need a hassle-free car purchase?  We found a friend for life in Scott Vaughn at the Weston Buick GMC/KIA dealerships on S. E. Stark St.  Scott Vaughn is no run-of-the-mill sales guy.  He is personable and comfortable to be around.  He is intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about his various products.  He also has the ability to see and understand each customer’s needs and wants.  My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase!  I know Weston as a company searches out personnel of the utmost integrity to address all potential clients.  For that I say “Bravo.”  One other such Weston helper was Tim Fredrick, who helped us through the piles of paperwork.  Our thanks to Scott Vaughn and the whole crew at Weston Buick GMC/KIA!

We bought our first car here, GMC Terrain, Dave Pearson was awesome even though we were skeptical about buying a car. He never stop trying and we really appreciate it because now we have an awesome car!!! . I come to Weston for oil change and other stuff, I always choose Shalina Cale, she is amazing. Always so nice and informative. Has never let us down.
