I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe at Weston Kia today. From beginning to end, he listened carefully to what I needed and patiently answered all of my questions. Typically, the car-buying process can be daunting, but Joe made it very simple. I received a fantastic deal on my very first Kia and walked (well, drove) away from the dealership extremely happy. I would recommend Weston Kia to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and friendly service. Thanks!

This dealership is extraordinary! They actually offered to let me take the vehicle I was considering buying home over night! The salesman also picked me up at home to take me to the dealership because I was without wheels at the time! They let me talk to their service manager for 15 minutes with questions I had about maintenance of the vehicle I was considering buying. I've never experienced such great service anywhere. Also, their prices are better than other Kia dealerships in the Portland area, and they have a huge assortment of vehicles. Their salesmen are not at all pushy.

Yesterday I had the best customer service experience that I have ever had. For three months I had been looking for the right vehicle for me and my family. I got in touch with Anthony Lo at Weston Kia and we kept in touch for a few months to find a day for me to come in and test drive some different cars. I finally had a day, called Anthony and he was available within half an hour. I test drive a 2012 Kia Soul and was going to settle for that but then he showed me a brand new 2017 Kia Soul and let me take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car. It was much roomier on the interior and had more features. I bought the car and have 45 days before my first payment is due. Terri In the office helped me with my paperwork and she was fantastic! She explained everything perfectly to me. She has good communication skills and was very easy to understand. She even explained to me what gap insurance is and set it up for me there at the dealership. They also did all of the necessary dmv paperwork and processed them for me there in the dealership! Talk about one stop shopping!! And my total time spent at the dealership was three and a half hours. In that short amount of time, they accomplished so much! They appraised my trade in vehicle. They let me look at different cars and test drive them. They got me financed through Kia motors and approved and helped me with paperwork. They got me coffee. They set up insurance. They detailed, washed, waxed, buffed my new 2017 Kia Soul and filled the gas tank with out having to be asked to do so! There was literally no waiting for any reason. The staff was very professional and friendly! This is the only dealership I've ever been to that did not make me feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Anthony was very laid back and so courteous to me. If you're looking for a hassle free no pressure car buying experience that will leave you feeling good for days, come here! You will not be disappointed!!!
