This place is hit and miss depending on whom you encounter on entering the store. I have heard so many different things from each person working there I never know exactly what is going on. I do feel like they are trying to just sell me anything instead of selling me what I want. I even asked to order a bike and they said it would cost me shipping for them to order it. This makes me laugh because I could buy the bike somewhere else and not pay shipping. Well that is what I did I went to another bike shop and ordered a different bike. I have tried all the stores from here to CDA and recommend this bike life on the south hill. Great service without the hassle.

Just picked my bike up after having a tune-up. It wasn't shifting properly and making weird clicking noises. The guys did AMAZING!! It's shifting perfect and no more noises. Staff was friendly and professional and the price for the tune-up was very reasonable. Great job!!

I had found out on my ride towards work that my rear bike tire was flat. Since Wheel Sport was next door, I figured I'd visit there first. For a bit of background knowledge, I know hardly anything about bikes. I figure that, like any other apparatus, there must be maintenance, things to do, and things to avoid. My bike entered the store, I explained what I knew of the problem to the gentleman that greeted me, and the fellows of the shop took a look at the tire in question. The rear tire was removed from the assembly, a new rubber tube was installed, the bike reassembled, and the chain greased. Ever since this fateful visit, my bicycle has been a pleasure to ride; the experience is smoother and more fluid than ever before! In short, the sales floor was tidy, expansive, and filled to the brim with bikes for sale; personnel helpful and friendly; and service rapid, decisive, and experienced.

Awesome bike shop with enthusiasts as staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, from purchase to repairs.
