I have a mailbox at this location and occasionally send out packages, etc.  i have always received amazing service.  It does cost to have them do the packaging, but these prices are set by the parent company.  The manager at the store is great and she runs a tight ship, which I like.

No way I'd ever do business here again. They overcharge for simple packing jobs ($20+ for peanuts and a box? Really?) and ream you on shipping charges (over $50 vs $20 via USPS). 

Plus, when I changed my mind on a purchase literally minutes after buying it, they tried to refuse giving me a refund. At the top of the receipt it very clearly states the return policy. When I pointed that out, the manager just signed the bottom of the receipt as store credit with a "trust me, I'm the manager". Sorry, but you've done nothing to make me believe you're interested in good business and an awful lot to convince me that you'd screw me over for an extra buck at any available opportunity.

I haven't had much luck at UPS Stores in the Bay, but this one takes the cake. Stay away if you can. The post office and a packing store are just down the street. Go there instead.

Deceptive. I asked how much printing costs and they communicated 22 cents. When I came back to print they communicated an additional $3 usage for computer access. So my printing of four sheets of paper would now be $3.88 cents. In general this was my third interaction with them and they may be kind but they're non responsive, expensive and greedy.

This store never gets back to you.  They say they will help you find a missing package in person but never follow up.  very disappointed

The staff are super awesome, but whoever runs this place needs to get with the program. 
They have printers with USB/SD card ports but you have to *rent* time on a PC to print any sort of digital media, even if you bring a flash drive that can plug into the printer.
Basically a scam.

$0.22 for a printed shipping label. $3.00 to use the computer to print it.
