All Pro comes highly recommended by our family. We woke up to our AC not working to its full capacity. Made a phone call and they returned our call within an hour and had JR out to service our AC within a few hours. JR was very honest with his recommendations, made sure we saw everything that he was referring to. Took the time to check all units to make sure all was working properly. Fixed the AC on the spot and had us up and running again. Thanks All Pro and JR for the great customer service and honest repair.

After calling 31 plumbing companies and having 9 estimates, I decided to go with ALL PRO PLUMBING because of John. John & Matt just finished a job here at my home. I was so pleased, not at the price, but at the excellent work conducted. John is a very polite man as was Matt. John calculated all his options and discussed them with me prior to commencing the repairs. I felt comfortable enough to leave my home if I needed to. I would not recommend any other company and/or person! Be sure and ask for John & Matt. Tell them TD sent you!

Had a overflowing water softener, and Tony C. recommend what I already knew, that I would need a new unit.  His options were simple, sell a new one from the company.  But due to a limited budget, I couldn't afford a new one from them at their cost.  (They sell high end top brand models). Instead he offered a solution for me, which he got approval from his bosses, to install a new model that I could purchase from a retail store.  He went above his duties, and helped me haul it back before installing the unit in my home.  All within about 2 hours time, by himself. I was happy to just purchase a simple model, instead of the high end model, but I am thankful for the quality service they provided, even though I did not purchase their company's products.

Samantha was able to give me an appointment the day after I called for a repair.   Doug Rivera was on time and completed his work within the time frame he gave me.  He gave me two options for a remedy to our leak.  In addition, and without extra charge, he replaced the salt in our water softener (we had purchased bags earlier) and checked our home's water pressure.  I am very pleased with his work and professionalism!

Once again, I received the best service I have ever received from an A/C repair company.  Mr. JR is a model repair technician.  He should be cloned.  All jokes aside, it's a real challenge to find fair, friendly and honest customer service companies. This company is efficient and effective in all areas.  This company is an OUTSTANDING and exceeds all expectations.  I would recommend them all day and everyday.  Mr. JR. is OUTSTANDING.
