Story

Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a home-service company offering premier home service to the greater Austin area. The company started in 1999 operating under the super creative name "Brad Casebier Plumbing LLC," when the focus was on high-end new construction plumbing.

In 2006 Sarah Casebier partnered up full-time to launch the service side of the business. The name was changed to Radiant, and has since grown as a service business. Radiant's core purpose is to provide the highest-possible quality customer experience, and also the absolute best service jobs in Austin to attract the top talent, as well as to maintain a healthy, growing business. Radiant also believes in giving back to the community through various charitable opportunities.

We had a water supply line rupture in our backyard (unfortunately on our side of the meter) and Radiant responded quickly after we called. They were able to be at our house after only 2 days. Zach was our technician and he did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the line break in a few hours He explained what he was doing, step-by-step, so there were no surprises. Zach did high-quality work and was very thorough. He even fixed a safety issue with our hot water heater because he noticed it wasn't venting properly - an issue completely unrelated to why we called. It is that craftsmanship and professionalism that will keep me as a Radiant customer going forward.

I originally called another big plumbing company when we discovered a leak coming from inside a wall. They sent out 3 different plumbers over 3 days and charged me $500 to tell me they couldn't fix it until I called another company to locate the leak. The leak detection company couldn't come out for another 10 days. Radiant was able to come the day we called and get started on fixing it. The technicians, JR and Zack were on time, friendly and professional. Since our leak required a new line to be put in, JR put in a temporary line so we could use our water until they came the next day to install a new line. Their price was a little below the other big company and we didn't have to wait 2 weeks for water. If you have a leaky faucet or something that can wait on a smaller plumbing company it might be worth it to shop around and wait for them to have an opening but if it's something that can't wait, these are the people to call. I was very pleased with their service, knowledge and upfront about prices and options. Even the person answering the phone was helpful, upfront and knowledge.

Great and affordable plumber! We recently had some plumbing issues and called out Radiant Plumbing. They sent out a young man named Gus. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He finished the work in a little over an hour. We definitely recommend Radiant. Make sure to ask for Gus!

JR Sam and Daniel came by our property to do an A/C system check and a water heater checkup. They did their work expediently, professionally and thoroughly. I really appreciate the quality of the service personnel at Radiant - I trust their input and fell like they are "on my team" vs trying to just sell additional products and services. JR even gave me several options for how to proceed - I really appreciate that. Will definitely continue using Radiant based on this experience.

Chris Rios came out for our annual furnace check up & he was awesome. He was very informative & knowledgeable. He gave us some advice on how to efficiently heat & cool some areas of the house that don't get the circulation we need. He recommended installing 2 overflow switches on the ac pan & cleared the line after we told him about an overflow incident we had a few years ago...which also caused us to switch from a competitor. We've since dropped that 2nd ac company and now are 100% Radiant!
