Tech 1506 (Dave) was the best.  He had a difficult job replacing the cutoff valves below my bathroom sink and did very well.  He also had to replace an old faucet that was very corroded and difficult to remove.  He did that very well also.  He also wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work and cleanup.  Could not have been more satisfied

We had a water leak and called 6 or 8 plumbers. Most never even returned our call. Then we called Roto-Rooter. They were quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. They cleaned up a large water leak for us, and David Bunch, the plumber, found the source of the leak. We were pleased with the price and professionalism of everyone involved. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Their customer service and expertise are exceptional.

Lenny was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained why the issue was occurring on our leaky toilets, was clear about pricing regarding replacement parts, and very quick with his work. Very pleased with his service! This is my first time using Roto-Rooter, but they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Jose and Jesus are top notch plumbers.  Extremely professional, knowledgable and trustworthy.  We had three other plumbers come out and tell us that our slab leak was under the main bathroom.  If I had gone with someone else we would have torn up the bathroom floor or spent $4k on rerouting.  

Jose suggested that we start with leak detection to find the exact point of the leak.  Turns it out it was just under the slab in the front yard.  These guys found the leak within minutes, exposed the leaky pipe and fixed the issue in a couple of hours. 

Extremely happy with their service.  They are now my goto guys when I have issues.

I am currently sitting at home waiting for someone who was supposed to arrive at 8-10AM. It is now 2:30 PM and the company has called only once to notify me that they would be late (approximately arriving at 11:30AM). No apologies or discounts have been offered even though I have now called twice to get an update, and both times was assured that the plumber was on the way. Terrible customer service.  Also I was told that there was no way to even give a ballpark price on a service before scheduling, even though I wasn't asking them to do any repairs, just a routine drain location scope. Nonsense. Now after she has finally arrived she says that this service which could take up to a WHOLE hour is going to cost 465 dollars. I sent her home. Waste of my entire day.
