Steven did a great good showing me and explaining what he was doing. They came on a Sunday and showed up in 2 hours and was on time. Moderately priced. Not real cheap but it will probably be worth it. I hope. I would use them again

Had them out yesterday to fix my ac. found the problem (burnt up capacitor) had the part on the truck and 45 minutes later we we done. Junior my tech was very good. reasonably priced. Nice Job! would recommend

Chris Thompson showed up early same day we called and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed several issues very quickly and explained everything clearly including how to avoid future problems. We are happy to recommend this service.

If you are experiencing an AC emergency, or if you just need something routine, these are the guys to call! Our AC completely stopped working on a Saturday afternoon when temperatures were forecast to be into triple digits. John Gumfory was our technician and promptly addressed the problem. He went out of his way to explain things not only to us every step of the way, but also to our landlord. I'd highly recommend these guys. They can be trusted!

Having recently purchased a home that needed some plumbing attention, I was referred to 1st Home & Commercial Services. I had a very pleasant experience with Chris who was professional and friendly. He made light work of the issues whilst providing me advice on how best to maintain my plumbing. I'll definitely be recommending him and 1st Home & Commercial Services to friends.
