The owner is an alcoholic and smokes crack on a regular basis. He is a slum lord. He gets drunk every night and rides around his property complaining to whom ever he can pick on for the night. Mr Williamson is a criminal with a harassment suit waiting to happen. Don't buy a mobile he here with "rent to own" because he recycles people and ejects them for no reason to keep making money. He is a horrible man.

The owner of this place is an absolute liar! He will not deal with his clients. Whenever they come to him with a question/problem and they prove to him that what they are saying is true. He says one thing and then does another. He then becomes irrate and storms off, refusing to fix or mitiage the issue. He has done this several times to me. Do NOT trust him! Do whatever you have to to document ALL meetings and transactions with him. And if you have to deal with him personally, take the police with you! Or better yet, save your self the time and hassel and just DO NOT live or stay here!

It's a 5 star mobile home park and campground, couldn't ask for a better community.

Called to inquire about renting a space for a tiny home that is Coded as an RV. With RV Vin number and the man on the phone was very rude. He said the owner did not want RVs in the park that didn't look like typical RVs. So because mine had wood siding I'm not allowed to park there. Before I could ask him anything else he hung up. Very disappointed with the interaction. They definitely need to work on some communication skills.
