DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a night or a place to live long-term, there are many better options in Santa Rosa. The entire park is dirty. The men's bathrooms look like they haven't been scrubbed out since the 80s. The spaces are extremely small and compact. Lots of strange people who live in the park. Some of them were openly using marijuana and other drugs outside of their trailers while management did absolutely nothing. The manager who lives on site is extremely rude and unprofessional. The fences are rotten and falling over and the park owners don't care to fix it. Sick disease-infested cats roam free around the park and sleep under the trailers leaving feces everywhere. The tenants and managers are loud and obnoxious in the early morning hours so don't come here if you plan on having a full night's sleep. It's almost like something you'd see out of a movie, everything you'd expect from a rundown trailer park. Trashy, full of weirdos and overall a very unpleasant experience. Don't stay here.

Close living. At the time I lived there, you had to have your trailer moved to another site every 6 to 9 months. During the summer I was moved to a spot so close to my neighbor that he had to be moved in backwards so our doors would not hit when we came and went. So close I could not use my awning..this was during the summer. My other neighbor entertained late into the night, right under my bedroom window. There is a Lodge with big screen TV, collection of books, fireplace. The brown couch and recliner were mine (hope you enjoy them) when I had to move in. Initially there were great managers and volunteer staff, but they moved on and things went downhill from there as far as service. Don't know about now. A tree limb that was marked to be cut, was not and it took out my awning and park refused responsibilty. At the time the bathrooms and showers, laundry room were kept clean. WIfI, Electricity. Sewage, landline, water were included in the $650 per month charge. I understand the park now is solely longterm. Tha back half of the park is older trailers, and has been a drug haven since the 60's. Locked mail boxes available in parking lot. It is a place to live if you cannot afford high Sonoma rental prices, but be prepared for noise..those diesel trucks and lights on all night. Students and visiting nurses abide there also. Some seem to like the lifestyle.
