I called this office multiple times to make an appointment, hit every extension listed, and left three messages. Never recieved a call back to schedule. I decided to go in and schedule an appointment in person. I was unable to get an appointment for about a little over a month, even when I had made it clear I was having a medical issue. I was able to find somewhere to take me sooner, and when I called to cancel my appointment nobody answered again, so I left a message. I also felt that the lady at the front desk was rude and seemed unconcerned about booking my appointment. I have never even wirrten a review about any sort of establishment but I am so frustrated about the service here that I felt compelled to. I would never reccomend this office to anybody.

I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor's office in my life. The doctors themselves are very nice the front desk has been nothing but rude to me. The front desk is your first impression of the office. I am half way through my pregnancy and now in the process of looking for a new office to continue my care until my child is born. I will not go back to this office.

I've been going here since 2008 when I was pregnant with my daughter (at a very young age). I was treated with respect and kindness and they really took into account my medical history and offered lots of support and options for a healthy and (relatively) stress free pregnancy. I have continued to go to this office and highly recommend this group to any woman. I had both my children with this group of doctors and I am now currently pregnant with my third and plan on using them again. Love them. They even helped me call my insurance company and get it retroactive so that I was covered for everything when my insurance had lapsed at an appointment one time. Most places won't go out of their way to help you do something like that.

Love this group! Dedicated & professional from the receptionist to the APRN'S & doctors themselves. This group was recommended to me by my mother many years ago. I have been guided by this group (specifically the Enfield office) throughout the years in making important healthcare decisions. I have always been treated with respect and have left my appointments feeling positive. Now my owns daughters are clients here. Strongly recommend.

Apparently they don't answer phone calls because I've called 3 times and requested an appointment online and never got a call
