Purchased a car here. It was a recent trade in and decently priced. Salesman was pretty easy to work with. However, after the sale, I was heavily pressured into purchasing an extended warranty through them.  I kindly responded I wasn’t interested. I was assured they just had to go through the options and then I’d be able to walk away.  I was pressured for over an hour to purchase the $150 per month extended warranty.  It was completely unprofessional and not appreciated.  I finally told him I’d call him in the morning with my decision and left with the car.  On the way home, I noticed the service engine light came on.  I called the salesman and he told me it just does that when it turns on.  Took it to the shop and they told me it was a good thing I brought it in.  My advice is if you don’t want to work with shady people looking to make a buck, don’t buy here.

I read the 1 star reviews of this place and they almost scared me away but I rolled the dice and glad I did. I had a great experience with Gretna Auto Outlet. I looked at a 2016 Minivan. The only surprise was it had 6000 more miles than listed online. Salesman Chris was very helpful, though. I live in Bellevue and work in Northwest Omaha but Chris was nice enough to let me test drive the van on a Sunday (when all other dealerships are closed), he got someone to drive the van to a mechanic's shop on Monday to be inspected for me and after the report came back clean, Chris and I negotiated the remainder of the transaction over text message while I worked Monday. When I got off work, I showed up, signed a few forms and was on my way in about an hour. It was amazing! We were able to negotiate a lower price for the extra 6000 miles and they gave me a great price for my trade in. They even beat my pretty good pre-approved financing to save me a good amount on interest! I couldn't be happier and now I'm the proud owner of a low mileage, like-new minivan that I got a great deal on. Thanks Chris and Gretna Auto Outlet team! I highly recommend you all to everyone I know.

Stopped in on a Saturday and was greeted immediately by a friendly saleswoman. Very impressive indoor show room and got to shop inside where it was warm, great idea !

Ask for Oscar, he is a great sales associate. I decided the car was more of a want than a need, so asked for a day to contemplate. Manager came out and gave me his desperate pitch, and became very intrusive, asking if I had budgeted before coming. None of his business. Oscar had me thinking still until I met his boss. If you do go here, make sure to ask for Oscar. He's a straight up, honest and helpful guy, more than I can say for his boss.

Solid selection of NICE vehicles. No pressure sales staff that are informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Process was painless and speedy. All of my questions were answered completely with no run-around.
