They are truly caring about your pet. Very patient and informative. They will work around your schedule. I have a bull dog who has more strength then I do when excitable and she gets excited when she goes there, so if I need some one stronger to bring her in from the car there will be someone there.

Great people but don't bother scheduling an 8am appointment.  Your better off just scheduling for 8:30.  They have been crazy busy every time I've had an early appointment.

Lovely service, wonderful staff. They treated my cat so well and with compassion when he wouldnt take a pill. Ill be going back for sure. Reasonable prices as well.

Everyone was nice but the woman who answers the phones. Last time I took my cat to get fixed I called to ask if I can pick him up. She told me he was never brought in and they never had him. Distraught I called my family to see if they picked him up and no one did. I call back the clinic and she's apoligizing saying she read it wrong. I let that slide. I brought in my dog today and we were waiting for price estimates when my dog peed at the waiting room. There's a sign on the wall saying if our pets make messes to please let them know so they can clean it. I went up to her and said 'Is there anything you have so I can clean his pee' she looks to see where he peed and you can tell she was annoyed. Sighing all loud when walking away. When she came back with the mop and wet sign another employee was in the room and I can tell she was telling her something in a low voice about the situation while the other employee gave a face but noticed I was looking. Innapropriate behavior and it's your job to clean it up so I didn't appreciate being treated like I did something wrong. I even apoligized and she gave me no answer back. Going back next week. Hopefully with everyone in a better attitude.

This place is the best with taking care of your animals needs, they have a great deal of compassion and the pricing is reasonable.
