This place is horrific! The staff is unprofessional and the advertisement is a misrepresentation. DO NOT STAY HERE! The maintenance guy posed as the manager and the door was rigged so it did not lock. The hotel was notified by the third party with whom we booked to upgrade our reservation. However, they refused. When we attempted to get a different room, the hotel refused to accommodate us. I got 1 hour of sleep! Believe me when I tell you that this is not a lawfully-run business. Stay elsewhere to get rest. This is not a legitimate hotel.

This unique hotel presents itself honestly. As basic and functional as it is, it is clean and hospitable. The staff was cheerful and very accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you.

The room is clean and has full kitchen facilities. The laundry room has new machines that work well. Is the best value for the money I have found in the area.

I'm in town visiting home for the holidays and I try not to complain or have any type of conflict but others should know what to expect. There are roaches! I was here 2 weeks. The other day I saw a roach crawling on the wall and another day one going across the floor. Before leaving the room I had to shake out everything. You have to return your dirty linen in order to get clean linen whick isn't bad but everytime I went to exchange linen they were out so I just washed my own linen. There are a lot of people that smoked in the rooms. Someone was constantly burning strong insense to cover up the marijuana smell and the cigarette smoke woke me up out of my sleep several times. The smoke got worse the colder the temperature became outside. I just stuck it out because I prepaid for my stay. My room was suppose to be serviced ny housekeeping once a week, but no one came and even knocked on the door during our stay. The walls are super thin. The front desk staff were very friendly and the rooms and halls were clean. The price is awesome if you're on tight budget, just remember you get what you pay for!

Waited a long time for someone to cone to the desk so we could check in. The supply very little. No towels in the kitchen and we only received 1 bath towel and washcloth each for the night. Lighting in the room was terrible. It consisted of four spotlights coming from the ceiling and that's it there was no lamps or indirect lighting anywhere in the room. The only option for a reading light at night in bed was Spotlight directly over the head of the bed. The rooms are awesome they're smaller than they're portrayed on their website
