For the price, it was a terrific stay! I'd highly recommend it. The room was awesome and the free CLE shuttle service is perfect. Unfortunately we got an erroneous call at 4am, despite having signed up for the 4:30am shuttle. I'm not sure how that miscommunication happened. Also, there was no one at the front desk when we came down for the shuttle so we had to give our cards to the shuttle driver, who was in something of a tizzy over the ordeal. I'd definitely stay again though.

My initial reaction, when I walked in to the space was, clean and up to date. The bathroom appliances were new and working. The shower was a breathe of fresh air with the glass doors and chrome handles. The bed linen was clean and more than enough linen for warmth and relaxation. The television was mounted on the wall which provided more space for eating and drinks. The windows were draped with 2 sets of shades for complete darkness. There was a safe in the closet and also provided hangers for my wardrobe. Full length mirrors just so I can get the full effect of my outfit. Room service was friendly and approachable.

Very nice lobby and very friendly front desk staff. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for others in the area.

Convenient location. Nice clean room. Needed some touch ups (door was difficult to open and close, couple bathroom items were crooked). Great price. Very friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant.

If you want a NICE, clean hotel. This place is it! The staff went out of their way to make sure the group I was with was well taken care of. They were very friendly, prompt, helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel is dog-friendly. I took my 2 small dogs with me and did not have a single problem. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Cleveland, Ohio area, look no further. It is close to the train station, they have a shuttle van. No worries, it is all taken care of.
