The staff were awesome!! We were visiting from Virginia for a Cavaliers game. This location was very clean and conveniently located near a gas station and plenty of food places. It was a very quiet location... inside and out. They offer coffee and hot tea in the lobby area. Cleveland was about a 15-20 drive away. I loved loved loved the room. We had the superior King room which included a microwave and fridge. The bed was super comfy and the room stayed warm even though it was freezing outside. The first floor rooms open up to the outside whereas the second and third floors open up inside. There is an elevator. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and more. If I'm every in the Cleveland area this will be my go to hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in many Red Roof Hotels ..always clean..but this one really needs updates ..like new carpeting. Location was a little far away from the airport i thought. Clerk at desk was nice but never at the front desk when you walked in the office. Service was okay...could have been better.

My family and I stayed here the rooms were nice and clean. The best part was the  young lady Lisa at the front desk. When we checked in she made us feel so welcomed to the hotel she had us alll checked in and on our way to our room so fast. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family especially is Lisa is working

We were in Cleveland for a funeral.  We had a very clean room. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.  Staff was friendly and helpful.  It was very convenient to our destinations and many restaurants.  Seemed very well managed.

I have had great stays with Red Roof.  The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, in need of a slight update, but comfortable enough to come and crash.  The affordable prices are also reliable, so that's a plus for a girl on a budget. 
I'd suggest over Comfort Inn or Motel 6 any day.
