I booked a room online at midnight. Go into motel 6 and the clerk couldn't find my reservation. he told me that since it was before 5 AM he couldn't find it and to book another room and call in the morning to cancel the other reservation. I call in the morning, and they tell me I needed to call 24 hours in advance. There was no way for me to call 24 hours in advance, because I had just made the reservation 12 hours before that.. The customer service rep did not sympathize at all or even attempt to offer another room or anything and now I'm out 94 dollars. I was charged for a room I didn't even use. I'm a college student who is low on money and I can't believe motel 6 didn't even try to help me get refunded. Its not fair that I was charged twice just because a reservation couldn't be found. You definitely lost a customer .. I will never stay with motel 6 again .

You now have to pay for shampoo and I was not informed before hand, no bible in the room and you had to manually hold the tub plug up to drain after taking a bath. If it weren’t for those few things I would have Happily given at least a 4 star review as everyone was nice and was very helpful and had great attitudes. Thanks for letting me stay.

The staff is very friendly. However when trying to actually get some decent sleep in that place it’s Near Impossible!! Unless your room is the farthest from the front desk! I stayed 3-weeks due to my work schedule being in town. On 3- separate occasions I asked for different room a Quieter room! I explained to the management my concerns and how loudly the staff has acted out when guest arrive or their friends who come in after hours... Unpleasant and Rude to do to paying customers.

The Bad: The mattress was dirty so I made sure to sleep on top of every blanket and sheet on the bed during my stay. The Motel 6 team should work on getting new mattresses, because it's not cheap to stay at this location. I've seen and slept on better mattresses at cheaper motels. Upon walking in the room, I smelled urine as if a pet stayed there and made the floor a toilet. The room I was in was small and isn't good for 2 people, unless you plan on staying in one corner of the room for your entire stay. There isn't a microwave or mini fridge in the room. The Head Manager (older lady) need to be a bit kinder. I get that the job can be stressful, but relax and put a smile on your face. As a guest, if I have a problem I should be comfortable with bringing a problem to attention. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WI-FI. The Good: All of the women (not the Head Manager) who worked at the front desk were sweethearts. I'm sorry I didn't get any names. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Yes, I care about a great shower experience. The line up of cable channels were great and came through crystal clear. During my stay it was quiet.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. You have to remember, this is a budget hotel. The staff was super. They were polite, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and neat. I stayed for five nights and I have zero complaints or concerns with this property. When I am in Aurora, I will stay there again.
