Andrew at the desk was very professional and helpful. That is the only positive and the only reason this is not a one star. 
Do not stay here. The first room was not clean I had to request another. I don't mean old, I mean not clean. Second was better but not good.  Currently,  I am listening to people yelling, laughing and screaming outside my door with dogs barking.  (On this property, not on the street)
The tub faucet is dripping and I'm just so disappointed. 
I have to find another hotel in the morning and I'm going to lose money here that I can't afford to lose. And time lost with family that I was visiting while I try to regroup.

I reserved a room for four nights and the room had a lot of bed bugs. I was able to get three in a small cup to show the people at the front desk the next morning. But when I showed them, the lady didn't want to look at them, I asked her if she was going to give me a refund for the one night I stayed there, she said she wasn't going to give me a refund because she needed proof that there was bed bugs, even though I had tried to show her the bugs I had in the cup. They never called back to apologize for the experience I had. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel. There are many better choices out there.

Friendly staff. Chani (spelling?) and Andrew greeted us and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were in line when a guest threw a fit about not being able to use cash at check in and they handled it professionally and calmly, not so much with the angry guests. They were informative with places to go downtown and made us feel very welcomed. The room was clean and very affordable would recommend!!!

The rooms were bare bones and not very clean. The shower was dirty and the floor was only vacuumed in the middle. Not a lot of outlets. No amenities in the room except a television which was nice and a small coffee pot. The only staff I met was the front desk person at check in and she was nice.

Stayed here last night, after paying online, guy said I could not stay unless I left a card for incidentals. Incidentals? The carpets already stained, my dog is smelling the bed skirt like another dog had peed there before, and the only thing clean about the room were the sheets and towels( I guess that's a plus). Laid down to go to sleep, the party starts next door. Girls running by my door screaming and yelling, banging on the door next door. My dog did bark when they knocked on our door by accident, instead of walking away, they barked back at my dog!!! This continued through the night, people running by my door, yelling and screaming outside, and idk what they were doing in the room, kept hearing things hot the wall. You guys should really re consider who you let stay at this place. You're going to loose your professional clientele if you don't fix this problem. Signed , the tired, pissed, and frustrated guest of your hotel.
