So the elevator button for floor three was not working, and before we had even checked into the hotel, and the front desk person was saying that they had overbooked the hotel and were turning people away with what they thought were legitimate reservations at 10:30 pm the night before(that would suck). But the AC room heater bursting into flames is the real problem here is if you look at the photos that I took after the fire, this thing started on fire because it was just taped together hastily using regular electrical tape! It was a good thing I was not sleeping. The room filled with smoke and I had to put it out with water because there was no fire extinguisher. So in summary, the hotel experience was not horrible  service wise but if they treat their equipment like this in one room , I would bet there are more. Plus they charge you to use 30+ dollars to use you're IHG rewards points.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient off the freeway and close the the light rail. Free breakfast each morning with juice, milk and coffee.

Location is prefect for the training event I was attending. The rooms are nice, the bed incredibly comfortable and inviting. The breakfast is also notably delicious, the only hitch being the pancake maker needing a bit of encouragement. The rail and h line are literally across the street, bus lines and hiway 225 very close too. Good access to University medical complex and Waterpark training facilities. Staff is customer service faced and trained in recovery of experience, what the it customers need to feel value, their customers receive. Very pleased.

Great facility. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Provided plenty of anemities. And the food was good.

Nice, clean rooms and great breakfast!  I had a concern that I discussed with the general manager, and without hesitating, she went above and beyond my expectations and refunded my entire nights stay (I had paid in IHG rewards points, and she gave them back to me).
