Feels like living in a homeless shelter. No comfort. Awful to high rate of payment for weekly. Not worth Liv ng here depressing. Nasty.

Since being here, staff is friendly very helpful and accommodating. This is great place for anyone in transition, working on the road etc. They ensure the safety and security for their guest. Clean environment. Highly recommend.

It's a cheap hotel and you "get what you pay for" INITIALLY. The hotel needs to throw away any flat pillows or stained sheets immediately because that's what we got at first. Customer service by Jeanita was awesome!!!! She replaced our pillows and sheets for us and apologized since we were so disappointed by the overall quality of the room. In addition, she followed up with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All of this was during her double shift and she never had a bad attitude with us. The bed was a lot more comfortable when she gave us newer sheets and pillows. Prices are good. I would given this a 2-star review but if the hotel had more staff like Jeanita, the quality of the room and customer satisfaction would go up drastically! Seriously, she was the hotel's saving grace. Jeanita is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. Customer service is always the biggest thing for me. If you don't mind housekeeping not showing up every couple of days, then it's a decent hotel. Just clean up as you go. It's definitely ideal for those who are on business trips or those relocating to the Raleigh area.
