The front desk staff are amazing. Extremely friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All necessary business class amenities are there. The security team has a real crappy customer no-service attitude about them and they should all be terminated. Everyone else is great.

Went during renovations but the hotel and staff were very nice. Everything was clean and the bed was SUPER comfy. Meals were amazing as well. Only problem was the water pressure in the shower.

Very disappointing stay. Confirmed reservation of double queen beds, was instead given a double bed with a pullout couch - IN ROOM 666, nonetheless. Why would any hotel have a room 666? The room was tiny, stank of mildew & had no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hotel was grossly overbooked with more than one huge group, and a military formal, so they could not change our room to acceptable accommodations. The renovations meant walking through the bowels of the hotel to get to breakfast, which was below expectations. I’ve had much better continental breakfasts at hotels half the price. I was told I would receive a $100 discount on my stay for the inconvenience, but have not received a refund. Horribly overpriced for the accommodations. I’ll be complaining to corporate and to the organizers of the soccer showcase that insisted we stay at this shoddy hotel to participate.

We had a rough start, but the manager made everything right. She went out of her way to make sure we were more than happy. They're doing renovations, but we did not hear noise in our room. The staff is polite. The hotel is within 5 miles in each direction of shopping and restaurants even downtown.

I left my beautiful wedding ring in my room at The Hilton on Wake-forest room 146 Oct 24-27. I placed it in the bed side drawer ( my husband was in the hospital I took it off because I broke out in a bad rash placed in the drawer so I wouldn’t lose it) called to have someone get it for me and no one could find it! I amhoping someone would turn it in to the front desk for me. Reward of 500.00 to anyone who turns it in! My first wedding set given to me in June by my husband I waited 30 years! I am so sick at the thought of what has happened I have called the front fest many times talking to the manager Julie she had informed me that there were some guys who were heading too boot camp that stayed in my room after I checked out, I was told there was no way to get in contact with the gentleman! I am praying that maybe they found it and put it away safely in hopes the owner would reach out! If there is anyone that could help me I would be forever grateful!
