Room had no heat in freezing temps I have newborn and was moved after sleeping in freezing room over night. Was moved only to be walked in on by new guest that was given a key. Never heard from manager regarding the heat situation so I have decided not to address anything else. Wouldn’t recommend anyone spend money here!

We checked in went straight up to the room. The bed looked like it had been slept in hair on the sheets blood on the top comforter. Dirt and crumbs all over the floor. Stains all over the carpet. Went back to front desk checked right out. The housekeeper swore she just cleaned the room. What a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is not up to par it did not have any amenities available until 5:00pm plus had to wait for and hour to check-in and had to pay early check in fee one person doing the job of four people. When we got the pots, plates they were not clean frying pan all scratch up not a good place very small breakfast sit is not very clean to small not very happy at all will not send any of my friends or family here

Hotel is in a WONDERFUL location. 5-10 minutes away from downtown, tons of food options, lots of sidewalks to walk around. The room was very nice as well. Only thing we needed was more pillows. Great service as well! Would definitely stay there again soon.

Hubert was extremely helpful and it was great to have a smiling face there to make it feel more like home. He also gave me some great ideas for local food places around the area as well as great night life. And when i return hope to be greated by the same smiling face! Thank you!
