Working class park. Good deal if you work nearby.

Absolutely terrible place to stay!! Nice looking park and has a lot of potential. So understaffed and useless! "Mike" who yelled at me that he works 7 days a week so that's why he closed the office 2 hours early on a sat. (which by talking to other guests he does every day) refused to let me make a reservation at 4pm telling me they weren't busy and there were spots left when he kicked off early that day. We showed up at 7:30pm like I told him and there where no spots available for us. After me fighting with random people in the lobby (who I don't think even worked there) we found a spot they could cram us into in the very back in the pitch black with no help backing us in. There is no one to help check you in or check you out in the morning. You have to write down all your personal information plus credit card info (which is totally illegal) onto a piece of paper and put it into an unsecured box outside at the front door. We travelled 12 hrs with 2 children and this stop was unnecessary drama we didn't need at the end of a long day. Get some staff and teach them customer service!!

Vast majority of the spaces are back in. The WiFi didn't work and there a very limited number of TV channels. Located in a good area for an overnight spot in your travels. Price needs to be 30% lower.

Stumbled across this RV park while traveling.  Extremely convenient access to highway.  Beautiful park. Near lots of restaurants. We liked it so much that on the way back home, we made it a point to stay here again!

Not a bad park, easy access to I-5. Close spots and there is nothing really too amazing about Patterson so it's good for a 1 night or 2 night stay when traveling
