I love this place. They do a great job of making everyone feel welcome regardless of fitness level, age, gender, etc. The staff is very friendly, and they're always offering good deals on classes.

This place does a major disservice to downtown Ypsi. Their customers are all too fat and lazy to park in the big public parking lots behind the building and WALK to this place. (Imagine that - people who claim to care about their physical health actually WALKING somewhere). These greedy people end up taking up ALL of the parking spaces on Michigan ave. None of the customers of ANY of the other businesses can park on Michigan because of all these fat lazy people. The owners could ask their customers to park in back where there are about 100 vacant parking spaces but they don't. I wonder if the owners park on Michigan too?

I've been to many various yoga classes over the years. Amanda really seems to know what she's doing and the facility has a nice atmosphere for doing yoga. The other instructors have been great too. I've been to many other places where you feel like you do the same class over and over (aka bikrams) or the instructor just has you do sun salutations a ton. I feel like every class is different and typically the instructors will ask if there is anything anyone wants to work on and will tailor the class on the spot. There are also many ranges of classes. I recommend coming in and giving one of the classes a try.
