I have been coming here for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is great! Always friendly and helpful! They make their regulars feel like family. I couldn’t tell you how many times I have been there when a customer would walk in the door and Mike would greet them by name. Same with me! It really makes you feel good when they remember you by name. You feel important and welcome😊

On top of great customer service, the car service is is equally amazing! I would recommend Midas Robinson to anyone any day!

Mike and the staff at Midas Steubenville Pike Robinson have always been helpful and courteous. They truly care about their customers and just want to make sure you are driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Their hours of availability and staff assure that if you have an emergency and are short on time that you vehicle will be in and out in no time. This is especially important to me because I have only one vehicle that I need to get to work and back. Thank you guys for keeping me safe and on the road.

I love this place great customer service and expert repairs.  I,ve read some of the other google reviews and the bad things some people have to say but when I go there I just don't see it.  I watched of of the techs explain  needed repairs to a nice little old lady and not only did he manage to explain what her car needed in a way that she could understand. but he sat down next to her in the waiting area to talk to her because she had a difficult time walking.  The manager even helped her to her car while one of the techs held the door.
As far as my car went I couldn't be happier I went in for inspection and when the tech told me I needed brakes he offered to show me before I could even ask to see for myself.  I think that shows tremendous transparency.  When the work was done I noticed a huge difference in the was the brakes feel they stop so muck better.  Maybe even better than when my car was new.  
Thank you Robinson Midas you have a customer for life.

Mike S. (the manager) is very friendly.  My wife loves going here since the guys are very nice to her.  Nice, quick service as well.  Dropped the car off at 8 am and they were done with the inspection by 9:30 am.

I bought a new car almost a year ago was going to dealership but then I decided to try Midas that is close to my work. they have taken care of me better than any dealership has always offers suggestions and does not push you to do them. The staff is awesome always friendly and helpful with questions. I have recommended several people to this location they are the best!!
