I had a fantastic experience with each and every employee at Diehl of Robinson today. Michael Masters greeted us in a friendly and professional manner when we arrived.  We were very clear about what we wanted and what we could afford to pay. Mike and Drew (used car manager?)  worked very hard to get us what we wanted. There was no high pressure spiel to get us into something we couldn't afford. Just an honest effort - a SUCCESSFUL effort - to get us exactly what we wanted.  They are fantastic people.  Mike treated us like gold.  Lisa, the finance director, was thorough but not pushy and when I couldn't figure out how to write this review, I called and Tom (Shields?) kindly walked me through that!!!  My husband and I despise buying cars and this was the best experience I have ever had. (Oh, and my nephew bought a car here three days ago and was also pleased.)  I give this dealership a  5 GOLD STAR recommendation!  If you have a choice, Mike was amazing but they all were immensely kind and helpful! Love my new Wrangler!

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler today from Diehl of Robinson and I could not be happier. Tom Shields was the best salesmen I could've asked for.  The exact jeep I wanted they did not have on site. Tom made sure to do everything to find and get my the exact jeep I wanted, and that he did! He communicated with me step by step and kept me updated during the process.  Rick in finance was awesome as well and explained every step of the way to me.  I will now be making Diehl my go to for car buying and would recommend them to anyone, hands down! You won't be disappointed!!

I had a great experience at Diehl when I bought my Jeep Patriot. Tom Shields made me feel very comfortable with my first car buying experience. He was very helpful when comparing models so that I could make the best decision for my needs. Thank you Tom for your patience ( it took me an hour to decide between a Patriot and Compass)!

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee at Diehl of Robinson.  Upon entering the store I was greeted by Tom Shields.  From start to finish my experience with Tom, his sales managers Dan Meyers & Brain Adamski, and the rest of his team at Diehl was top notch.  Any and all questions that I had regarding my new Jeep were answered promptly and confidently.  All of the pressures that come with the car buying experience were alleviated once I sat at my salesperson desk.  He took the time to to ask me what my wants and needs were for my new vehicle, he was then able to present me with a Cherokee that not only had all of the equipment that I wanted but, was also at a very reasonable price.  I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Diehl and I highly recommend seeing Tom Shields for your next Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram purchase.

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Diehl of Robinson and I am extremely pleased with the customer service i received from Thomas Shields. As this is the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own, Thomas was extremely patient with me. He helped to educate me on each make and model I looked into and it was apparent he truly wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle. It was easy to trust Tom as he was extremely fair to me in pricing and options. I will definitely use Tom in the future when I purchase vehicles and highly suggest him to anyone in the market. He is not your average car salesman - he treats you as if you are a friend! I also was extremely pleased with his manager. They were both down to earth and made me comfortable with the lack of knowledge I have for vehicles. Head to Diehl, you won't regret!
