This particular Meineke location is a highly recommended place to trust what needs to be done at a more than reasonable price.   Don't say that too often!

Mitch is very knowledgeable and doesn't recommend services that aren't required. This is my primary concern when visiting a chain service location. They even helped my figure out what the problem was on my car and recommended going directly to the dealer for an ECU update rather than wasting money else where. +1 for honesty. 
Nice bunch of folks here. Only drawback is that they tend to stay pretty busy through the week so just dropping in without an appointment usually doesn't work.

Did not honor a valid on-line oil change coupon on their own website - said they do not sell "basic" oil.  Which was listed on the coupon... I did not argue.  They did give me a discount on their "standard" , or lowest quality oil change. The charge however was 25% more than the coupon I had.  Also, they did not have a sense of urgency, made me wait - even though I took the time to book on-line appointment. Lastly, when I was being checked out - I was in a hurry and did not have time for a full explanation of the state inspection, which I also purchased.  So, I simply said , cash me out.  The man told me I was rude and stormed away.  Beware of this place....

These guys are fantastic! They are straight forward and don't try to trick you in to spending more money on things that don't need done. They are so friendly here too! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. The guys at Meineke on Steubenville Pike are the real deal!
