Is there a way to give no stars? or negative stars? Worst experience. I was a monthly parker at this location for six months because it was conveniently located relative to my apartment. However, i was never guaranteed a spot. I would often have to wait while an attendant moved cars around in tandem spots. And the usual attendant lacks all sense of customer service.

Further, after paying for parking month after month, the building owner decided to change a key policy. For access to the garage on the weekend, the new policy is that you must have a "clicker" to enter the garage. Your car is in the garage because you park there every night and you can't access it because this policy has never been in place before? too bad. Can't purchase a clicker on the weekend? too bad. Don't want to pay an additional $70 for a clicker that was never a part of your initial contract? too bad. Want to cancel your month to month parking agreement because of these ridiculous policies? too bad. You need to give them a 30 day notice of intent to cancel even though they don't need to give you a 30 day notice of a change in access policy. 

Park somewhere else. SP+ are a bunch of crooks.
