Paid for parking in advance on website for convenience and "special" rate. Printed a parking permit with q-code and instructions to scan at gate. The garage was not equipped with scanning equipment. There was no way to back out so I had to take a ticket to move forward. I saw a random man in garage uniform who said I can use the scanner on the way out. When I was done for the day and wanted to go home, I found out that this was not true. There was no scanning equipment on the way out either. It took about 30 minutes and many flights of stairs to find someone that worked there. It took 10 or 15 more minutes to get them to validate a ticket. This was not convenient. The "special" rate was also more than it would have cost to just park normally without all the "convenience". These guys have not entered the modern world. They may be okay if you are not using technology.
