Absolutely terrible! Literally the worst parking garage I’ve ever been in. If 0 out of 5 stars had been an option I would have chosen it. Nothing was labeled, the machine wouldn’t take my money or my card. When I went into the lobby to pay there was a HUGE puddle in front of the machine, which got the bottom of my dress all wet. The man who helped me seemed like he hated his job and his life. Just an all around horrible experience. Thanks a lot, you suck.

Parking management on Saturday, 23 December failed to perform. Massive traffic jam upon exit due to the Ravens football game. Gate was stuck down and ZERO action to rectify the situation. Calls to the attendant were received with apathy and out right disdain. Paid $21 to park there. I would try to avoid this place during any major event. No one there to help if anything goes slightly less than perfect. Facility is nice but truly needs some adult supervision during busy times.

Convienent to West Shore Park and Science Center. Easy to access via 95. Good parking and easy pay stations.
