I reserved a spot for this garage online for a very cheap rate. I had no problems getting in, but the machine where I scanned my online reservation code to leave did not work. An attendant helped us and we got out easily; I would recommend making this process easier if they continue to offer online reservations.

Decent enough garage. Price was reasonable. Covered. No real complaints.

Is too expensive, the city of MD should do something about this parking garage.
My recommend is for anybody not to park in here

Expensive then waited for 15 minutes to get out.  Missed an appointment 
  Don't use them.

This was a terrible experience.  As I parked I asked the attendent if this was the lot for the National Aquarium.   He said yes & pointed towards the Aquarium.   When I was at the Aquarium I had my parking ticket scanned for my discount not once but twice.  When I returned to the lot to pay, I was charged the full price.  I asked the attendent  ( the same one that was there when I arrived)  about the discount.   He informed my that it was a different lot although I asked when I arrived.
