Super, super expensive, and limited, tight spaces. Wished they had an overhead light system to make it easier to identify open spots. Check out is easy for those who want to pay before exiting at the vending machines located near the elevators. Many reserved spots had hidden signs, which raised concern if spot was actually 'available' or potentially subject to towing enforcement.

I parked here in order to visit the aquarium and when I came back, I was shocked to see that the glass on the passenger side was broken after someone tried to break-in and steal the belongings. Luckily, i had kept nothing in my laptop bag . When I contacted the facility manager, she was trying to persuade me to call the cops if it is absolutely necessary and she would be providing a report from her end. Also, I was refused to make contact with other car owners whose cars were parked in the facility at the same time and which had undergone a break-in. The facility staff was just trying to ease out the situation as if nothing had really happened. The worst part is that they are saying they don't operate CCTV cameras in the parking-lot. They seem to have cameras only at the entrance and exit which doesnot sound convincing for a parking lot which charges 26 dollars for a vehicle which is parked for 3 hours.

The parking spot does it's job and is very convenient for visiting the aquarium. It is, however, quite expensive, with $20 and more for couple hours stay. You can at least get about $5 discount for your ticket at the aquarium.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. They advertise low on Groupon for the publicity but when you get there they say they don’t accept Groupon. Then they charge you an arm and leg. RUN!!

Soooo expensive and the automated machine charged me twice. $27 for 2 hours on a Monday morning - Serious???
