No security. They have signs posted about safety and that it's a secured garage but one of the secured entry doors to the elevator is always broken and now the door has been totally removed so any one off the street can access the garage. Elevators are always broken yet they have the audacity to go up $10 on the monthly parking. I park here because it's so convenient to my work place but I think a little inconvenience is better than this place.

I made a reservation online for 4/28/18 from 4-7 pm at a rate of $10.It also said if I pay by card it would be $1 off.  I had never been to this garage so I didn't know what to expect. When I pulled in, I had to pull a ticket as it doesn't instruct you what to do if you have a reservation. Upon leaving I pulled up to the booth to let them know I had a reservation and gave them my paper. The attendant  Ben Bailey said I had to pay $20 because there was an event and my reservation only means I have a place to park. I told him he should honor my paper, I have nothing to do with what else is going on in Baltimore. He didn't know what to do & said he had to call his manager and it would take 2 minutes. I was sitting there for 15 minutes. He came back to inform me his manager Brittany said if I pay cash I can pay $ 10. But If I pay by card I had to pay $20. This man went back & forth with me for another 10 minutes !! I didn't have cash so to get out, I was strong armed into paying the $20. This is ridiculous that your staff can't make a decision let alone an adjustment!!! There was no manager on duty. And the door to Fayette & Liberty is missing so the garage isn't even secure any one can walk-in !! Don't use this garage it is a rip off,  not safe and the customer service sucks !!! I don't believe the customer is always right but how do I have a print out of my reservation and you make me pay more !!!!  I am also further upset I had to give it a star to post as this business should get a negative !!! You suck !!!

Ample parking, however the entrance after hours doesn't have clear instructions for how to get back inside the garage.

I used their website to make a reservation, confirmation said it would be $8.00 total. I left 2 hours before my reserved departure and they charged me $15.00 for staying too long. The confirmation also said I would receive  $1.00 discount for paying by Credit Card if I showed my confirmation...surprise surprise that didn't happen either.
