This is just a self parking lot. $16 per day at Jun 6 2017.

I park at this lot for every Orioles game. The staff is friendly, the lot is safe and easy to get and out of.  Parking during games is $14 unless there's a special event at the arena then they charge more.

Parked for the early bird priced at $9. Charged $15 on my credit card. Not good.
