We have always had a most positive experience at this dealership when bringing our 2006 CRV in for regular servicing. The facility itself is first class and provides every amenity for its customers. The staff are polite, efficient and very helpful and I would definitely recommend this dealership for Honda owners. We purchased the car here 11 years ago and they have been servicing it ever since, even though it necessitates us driving to a neighboring county.

What's to describe?  As is always the case, I was met by a courteous service rep, the work was completed on schedule for a fair price, and I was on my way.
I regret to say that I made a mental note of the gentleman's name, but for the life of me, now I can't remember it.  However, he was friendly and courteous, answered my questions and is yet another reason why I keep coming back.  Oh, as a bonus, he and the cashier actually laughed at my corny jokes!  I can't remember what they were, but still great service!!!

First Honda is amazing!! Thanks to Charles Adams and Nam Romero for helping me with my new car! I am a first time buyer and i am so happy i came here. They made it super easy, both very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend  first Honda to anyone.

We were told that we will get movie tickets to just come and try the cars, we did so, but when we said that we are not interested in their offer, they aid, call us in 2 days and we will have them.... then nothing till now... Definitely my next car will not be from there.

I was looking to purchase a Honda. Bobby Tarafdar the sales representative was rude, he didn't want to provide me any information about cars they have in stock and refused to work with me with no reason. He asked me to go to their basement to check cars they have in stock instead checking though computer. I told him that I know the car and I did already drive test in another dealership and know the car very well. I asked him to check in computer which models they have in stock (models I wanted to buy) and to give me deal's estimates. Based on this information I'll decide what car I'd like to go with. Very disappointed from the service. 

We would not recommend this place.
