I've purchased 3 cars and have been going here for 5+ years without any issues. Jeff in service is fantastic and has always taken great care of me. I don't know what has happened but over the course of several months this dealership has spiraled downhill. I called earlier this week for a simple oil change. After countless messages, multiple phone calls and being placed on hold and nobody to ever answer I gave up. I finally drove in early at 8am a week later to speak to a human and of course they couldn't squeeze me in. Spoke with someone else in service (not Jeff) and voiced my frustration only to get a "Sorry we know its an issue".  Really?? Then he went on to say that don't have a recetionist and some other excuses. 

I ended up going to Big Brand Tire and Service across the street off of Easy St. They matched the price for the oil change, rotated my tires and got me in and out in time for our trip.

If you’re looking for a vehicle this is the place to you need to shop at! Our salesman Jon was freaking amazing!! I had been searching for a dealership who would be able to finance me and work with what I got. My boyfriend’s co-worker recommended to check out Simi Valley Buick and we don’t regret coming here at all. From the start Jon was the most helpful and best sales man we have ever dealt with. He talked to his finance manager David (according to the salesmen they call him the Wizard). He worked his magic and got me approved after hours of working and fighting to get me into the car I really wanted! The most amazing part was that they payments were exactly where I wanted them to be!! I’m truly thankful for all the hard work you guys put into making this deal. It shows how much this dealership cares for their customers, you guys went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. We will come here for our next purchase and recommend all our friends and family!
