Ford services was wonderful. We had Mark and he was great.  He knew everything about the warranty we had on the car. Call for Hertz to come pick us up. He also was in contact with us about the process of are car. We had a great experience.  When you go there ask for Mark.

Staff is really friendly,  Great deals all the time. We  have purchased 4 vehicles from them in the past year and never had an issue with one thing.  The owner was really friendly and nice,  we were offered snacks, water,....just a great car buying experience every time!

My service advisor, Mark, is awesome.  He really takes care of you.  I have another Ford dealer near me in Santa Clarita, but their service is terrible, so I started driving the 26 miles to Simi Valley and have been very happy. I like these guys so much that I bought another car from them just because of the repeated good experiences with their service department.  The other local dealer missed out on a car sale because their service department was a joke.  I love Simi Valley Ford.

$1,200 to replace front wheel bearings?  Brought my 2012 Escape in for an oil change and have them check out what certainly sounded like a bad bearing on the left hand side.  (Quieted down when turning right).  The original estimate was for $110.  Got a call from the service manager that they were going to replace the bearing on the right side, and it was going to be a four hour job, costing me upwards of $600 in total parts +labor.  I was skeptical that it was a 4 hour job, but the service advisor assured me it was "what the book says" for that job.  I have pulled and pressed in my share of bearings over the years, and I don't recall it ever taking me four hours to dona bearing replacement in my driveway, but what do I know.   I got another call from the service advisor later in the day advising me they "had a situation". Apparently, they had encountered some problems getting the new bearing installed properly, and needed to keep the car another day.  I wasn't surprised at all when I got another call the next day informing me that they now needed to replace the bearing on the left side.  I mean that's where I would have started, but then it might only have been a $600 job.  I had no choice but to authorize the work.  They had me for $1,200.  I should have asked for my old parts back, but frankly I was just in shock.  Lesson learned... Always ask for a "worst case, how much is this going to cost me?" estimate at the time you drop off your car for service here.

Salesman Ben, Sales Manager Chris & Finance Manager Beanny were THE BEST team I could've possibly asked for.  My situation wasn't the easiest but they worked their behinds off to get my deal done.  To say that they went above & beyond, is truly an understatement.  They got me the BEST deal I ever imagined & for the exact car that I wanted.... and we were able to stay within my payment desire.   THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE TIME YOU SPENT ON MY DEAL & FOR MAKING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING THE 8 HOUR PROCESS.... IT WAS ALL WELL WORTH IT IN THE END & I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!!
