I worked with Maggie and Jesse and they were both so helpful. I bought a 2017 Kia Optima SX. It was really late and I had just found the car online and they stayed open late to get us into the car. Working the numbers was so much easier than I thought it'd be. I think Jesse turning the Dodger game on really put me at ease. I was able to focus on something other than negotiations as a stress reliever.  Overall, I'm going to lease again from 1st Kia, especially if I can work with Jesse and Maggie. Brian in the finance department was also helpful. He and Jesse stayed open and worked with us until 1030pm. Really thankful.

I'm wondering why there are 90% 5 star ratings it makes me wonder.  You must be screening the post.  I will not buy another car from first KIA.  real sharks.  Women, if your alone go in with grit.  I will try KIA in ventura next time.  I have owned 2 kias.  This sales/buy experience was the worst.  Ive owned my car for a year now and still have a bad taste how the deal went down , I take some of the blame I should have walked away.

I had a really fantastic experience buying a new car here. Getting a test drive was easy and Darcel was the perfect companion, answering any questions I had and getting me the information I needed. I never felt pressured to make the purchase and they didn't pull anything shady - no last-minute $2000 add-ons or any of the other common dealer tricks. With all the horror stories I've heard about buying cars elsewhere, I'd definitely make the trip here again next time I'm looking for a car.

Mark Brody was very professional and genuine. He made us feel comfortable with the car buying process...as if we were family. I would recommend First Kia to everyone looking to buy a car.

Ben was great. Worked with him and told me the expectations. Got me a good price on a great car. I went to another dealer in Valencia before this one and their customer service was horrible. Ben made up for that big time by being attentive and made sure I understood what I was getting into. I wish them more success in the future. Its a bit of a drive from my home town, but it was worth the wait.
