Used to go to LT back east and left because of the cost. A pool and basketball court doesn't make up for the fact that the equipment is worse than any gym less than half its cost. In fact, on a weekday during slow hours, say 1-3 PM, you can barely get any of that equipment at this specific gym either. I visited once and said I can't join because I'm paying college tuition and I'm literally a "broke college student", but I'll pay for a visitor pass (20 bucks a day). The sales team disregarded my wishes and has contacted me for two months straight and emailed me daily. I'm not even your target market. I have no kids, and don't use the amentities. In my opinion, LT has relied much too long on aesthetic appeal at face value. In reality, the gyms at several locations I've been too, including here, are always dirtier and more run down than any other gym company. You have a lot of traffic because you're pushing members, yes? So replace your equipment, and ensure there are more frequent efforts to clean. I'm 25, I don't nit pick, and I don't complain a lot. I just know a money game when I see one. Especially clear as day. I will say, however, it's probably more of a corporate problem than anything, but it takes the location to stand up and push for better quality. I wouldn't attach my name to this brand- word on the street is usually greed for the last few years.

This gym is nice. It's fairly clean. I love the eucalyptus steam room! It's always busy. I've yet to go when it's not. However considering how much the membership is, it's disappointing that certain things cost extra. Like many of the workout classes and tennis courts. Those should be included. Even 24 hr doesn't charge extra for any classes. The pool is also disappointing. No deep ends. Only goes to 4 ft. Im 5'2, would like to have an area to swim where my feet don't touch the ground. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

It's a great gym with everything you could want. It has all the equipment you could need, while all being nice, clean, and up to date. It is expensive, but it is worth it. It's really nice that it's open 24 hours, so it's easy to workout whenever fits your schedule. Definitely worth the money.

Absolutely watch your bank account!!! Thieves is what lifetime is ... I have followed all of their rules for cancellation and am still owed over $500.. Getting a lawyer involved next... terrible people... always the corporate run around ... took my credit card information and used it for someone else's account!!.. basically stealing from me!.. couldn't get a stop to it for over three months!.. this was not the first time either. If I were to calculate the amount of my money they have tied up of mine in just the last 12 months it's almost $2000..

The gym is overpriced for what it is. Beyond that, my mother was hit and run in the parking lot, and lifetime policy does not allow for even the manager to report the license plate number on a police report, which then means the police cannot do anything until they are able to take the time to go out to the premises in a month. Lifetime's corporate policy protects criminals and does not care about their customers, until they write a bad review.
