Patrick did a great job on staying in contact with me and honestly, i would not have bought my truck if he didn’t.  He did a good job of not being pushy but staying in touch and was open to negotiation to get me where i needed to be.  Easy to deal with, wasn’t afraid to say he didn’t know something but always got me the answer and was very thorough on all the ins and outs... would highly recommend these guys!  He and his managers were open to being creative on what i wanted and made it happen! They went above and beyond to get me exactly what i wanted at my price and even worked at night to give me options so that i was happy.  Never had a dealer do that.. straight forward and no BS, best car buying experience I’ve had yet! .Thx Pat and team!

My 360 Smart Car buying experience . . .I recently purchased a very nice Chevy Camaro from 360 Smart Car in Arlington, Texas.  I have purchased several cars over some period of time but never have I had a more enjoyable car buying experience!  My Car Sales Associate was Mr. Darius King was very professional, courteous, and down to earth with a very high degree of people skills.  You can be assured that they will give you a deal you will be proud to drive away with once you visit 360 Smart Car!  This dealership will bend over backwards to ensure that you are a Happy Camper before you depart in the vehicle that best suits your needs.  With my own experience I pointed out a few items that I wanted to get corrected on my specific car.  360 Smart Car displayed a great sense of urgency to ensure things were right!  My Sales Associate (Darius) took me to lunch while we waited for the service department to tweak-in a few minor discrepancies I had pointed out with my vehicle.  When we returned the vehicle was ready to go and I was a very satisfied customer that I got the vehicle that I had hoped to get upon arrival!  I just want to thank the leadership of 360 Smart Car and my Sales Associate “Darius” for a job well done that they can be proud of!  Thank You Very Much!

I just recently purchased a Mazda 3 from 360 Smart Car .The associate Natalie, was very helpful! She assisted me with trading in my old car to making sure everything was good to go on my new purchase. I will definitely go back to 360 SC for my next purchase. Excellent customer service!! Great team to work with for your new car purchase!!

Absolutely incredible experience! Purchasing a car is rarely a fun process, but the staff at 360 Smart Car made it seamless and enjoyable. I actually saw the car online – inquired about it, and then it was delivered to my work. Yes, you heard that right… I never even saw the car in person until they delivered it to me. From the first contact I had with 360, to the financing process, through to the delivery I was thoroughly impressed. I’ve been driving my Subaru for a few months now and I love it more with each and every passing day. Special thanks to Matt Hewison for his professionalism. Thank you all so very much! I am one very happy customer.

Lisa made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect. She was polite and professional while still being personable. I didn’t feel pressured at all, the whole transaction felt like a win for me and 360. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealer.
